Legato utilizes a proprietary web based software application named the Patient Relationship System (PRS). This important tool assists the Nurse Coordinator in the management of Heartburn Treatment Center data and patient flow. The PRS was specifically developed by Legato for the management of our Heartburn Treatment Centers. Its many features allow close patient and referring physician communication, clinical and process outcomes management and accurate quarterly reporting on Center activities to your hospital. The Nurse Coordinator is fully trained by Legato in the utilization of the many features of the PRS. In addition, Legato provides comprehensive PRS support.
